Say I Do (Wedding Management)

The Say I Do package is for couples who have planned out their wedding on their own but are looking for help to make sure the day runs smoothly. This package begins approximately 3-4 months prior to your wedding and includes:

  • Free consultation meeting
  • Creation of customized wedding day timelines for vendors, family, and bridal party
  • Confirmation with vendors week of the wedding
  • Venue walk-thru approximately 2-4 weeks prior to wedding to confirm all details
  • Rehearsal coordination the week of wedding
  • Full day wedding coordination services up to 10 hours*
  • Vendor management (as a team-based approach) to ensure a smooth day
  • Basic decor set-up (including but not limited to place cards, guest book, favors, signs, etc.)
  • Plan for the end-of-the celebration to ensure that all items (cards, decor, centerpieces) are handed off to the designated person
  • Ceremony coordination
  • Full reception coordination, including ensuring that your reception follows the timeline we set

The Say I Do Package starts at $2000.
